Use License

• Retain all ownership rights to your content
• Grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide our services
• Represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload
• Agree not to upload content that violates any laws or third-party rights

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use VeriSnap's services:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit any unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate VeriSnap or another user
• To engage in any automated use of the system
• To interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• To upload viruses or malicious code
• To collect or track personal information of other users

Payment and Billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with advance notice
• You are responsible for providing valid payment information

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that:

• The service will be available at all times
• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected immediately
• The service will meet your specific requirements

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeriSnap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Any content obtained from the service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. VeriSnap makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the service, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VeriSnap operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
